FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Position Summary:
Support to the Warehouse supervisor and Workshop Tech Team for daily picking, packing of stock, ensuring the efficient operation of the distribution centre, maintaining a high level of customer service whilst ensuring accuracy and control.
Position Responsibilities:
Day to day activities of the Distribution Centre.
Inventory control and security, regular stock takes.
Unpacking, scanning and locating all incoming and outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items.
Sharing Forklift driver responsibilities.
Support to the Workshop Tech Team in booking in service and warranty jobs, unpacking, ticketing products and completing system book-ins ready for evaluation by techs.
Other duties as assigned by manager
Follow all FOX Factory policies and procedures
Effective completion of responsibilities in a timely manner
Achievement of OKRs as identified in the Performance Review process

Customer Service/workshop staff
Freight Forwarders (incoming / outgoing)
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibility & Accountability
Ensure you are aware of your OHS and associated legislative requirements by reading provided (OHS) information and identifying and participating in training.
Be involved in OHS projects and comply with OHS initiatives according to priorities set by consultative processes and management direction.
Comply with legal and reasonable instructions from employer representatives and be accountable to your Manager for personal OHS performance while complying with Safe Work Procedures.
Responsible to ensure the health and safety of any visitors you may receive.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Knowledge of warehousing best practices
Demonstrable experience in managing OH&S issues
Strong computer skills.
Forklift Licence
