Your knowledge of how to run efficient, high performing retail businesses along with your ability to energise, engage and lead a passionate team of sales and technical team members will set you up for success. You and your team will be naturals at going above and beyond to surprise and delight your customers by doing the little things that mean the most. You will thrive in building and leading a team environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and celebrate together. Being sales focussed with a detailed knowledge and fascination for the financials of your business, balanced with the awareness and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team to achieve that financial result will be crucial. Your previous experience as Team Leader or Store Manager roles in retail, customer service or hospitality industries will be highly regarded.
