We’re looking to employ a dynamic, Customer Experience focussed Store Manager for our store in the Adelaide CBD. To be successful you’ll need to have a history in retail management and kicking goals!

Experience within the bicycle industry will be highly regarded but is not necessary. It's a hands-on role where you will be involved in sales, bike building and servicing bikes. A love of keeping active and the outdoors is essential!

About the role:

  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising your team

  • Managing rostering

  • Dealing with customer enquiries

  • Assist with bike building and servicing (further training provided)

  • Overseeing stock control and stock ordering

  • Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets

  • Maintaining store presentation

  • Liaising with senior management

About you:

  • Have an absolute commitment to providing customers with the best service possible

  • Be organised and methodical to follow company procedures, as well as bringing in your own

  • Know how to build a passionate, and success-driven culture in your team

  • Be a self-starter and problem solver

  • Someone who will bring fresh ideas, strong management skills and experience to the team.
