We are currently accepting applications for an experienced and proactive Stock Coordinator to join our Shimano Australia Cycling team in Caringbah.
Reporting to Purchasing & Product Manager, the primary objectives of this role include but are not limited to:
Maximising the return on inventory whilst maintaining balance with high level order fill rates and low level aged inventory.
Review & further develop stock policies & inventory management systems.
Maintain and upkeep the Shimano ERP System (Pronto) across all aspects of the Inventory / Purchase order modules
Maintain Shimano webshop by removing and adding products as required
Inventory planning & forecasting in conjunction with purchasing & product managers & sales teams.
Shipment receipting and shipment costing
Receipt foreign currency to AUD
Prepare shipping files and share with Freight Forwarders to allow seamless delivery schedules and cartage to the warehouse
Customer Indent sales order allocation
Prepare and share upcoming delivery information with internal and external sales team
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Proven experience in coordinating the logistics flow of incoming stock
Excellent data analytical skills, with the ability to report and interpret trends.
Prior knowledge of Pronto ERP (highly regarded) /or similar stock control inventory system
High level of computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility when working in a cross-functional and diverse environment.
Able to manage competing demands, with the ability to work towards tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
