Alchemy Cycle Trader is looking for a motivated and energetic Shop Floor Manager to help drive customer experience, support our crew, and take ownership of the day-to-day flow of the shop floor in our thriving retail space.
We're not just looking for someone with experience, we're looking for someone with attitude, energy, and a genuine love of bikes. If you're someone who leads by example, keeps cool under pressure, and knows how to create a good vibe while getting stuff done - this could be your dream job.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing daily shop floor operations- Supporting the sales team- Creating an exceptional customer experience- Assisting with stock, merchandising, and presentation- Helping us hit sales targets and improve processes- Working closely with management to drive growth
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail or team leadership experience (bike industry a big bonus!)- Passion for bikes and genuine enthusiasm for helping people- Great communication skills and the ability to lead from the front- Organised, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves- Someone who sees challenges as opportunities and leads with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
