Service Centre Coordinator - Melbourne


Giant Group is growing, and we are looking for people to grow with us.

An excellent opportunity is available for an organised and detail-oriented bicycle mechanic or bicycle workshop manager to join our After Sales and Quality Assurance (ASQA) team.

Summary

Working with Giant retailers and the ASQA team, the Service Centre Coordinator is responsible for completing all service and repair work to warranty and service returned products (wheels, forks, power cranks, other).

What we’re looking for:

  • High technical knowledge of bicycles.

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • High level of organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Ability to learn quickly and problem solve.

  • 3+ years bicycle industry experience preferred.

  • Accurate and precise wheel building skills or the ability to learn this skill quickly.

How you will make an impact:

  • Performing service and repair work in an efficient and precise manner.

  • Building and repairing wheels to factory specifications.

  • Providing technical support to our growing dealer network.

  • Managing a clean and organised workshop with up-to-date job lists.

  • Ensuring the workshop area is always a safe environment for staff.

  • Maintaining a small warehouse area.
