We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our bicycle dealers, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service to ensure long-term success.
Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Develop Sales Strategies: Identify new opportunities and tailor sales approaches to align with client business objectives.
Drive Revenue Growth: Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive ongoing business success.
Identify & Convert Leads: Proactively source new business opportunities within the bicycle industry and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Present & Promote Products: Clearly communicate the benefits of our products to secure sales and long-term customers.
Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction and sales success.
Problem-Solve & Innovate: Address client concerns quickly and efficiently, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
Stay Informed: Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving market demands.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Current driver’s license and availability for occasional domestic travel.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Previous experience in the bicycle industry or related sector.
Knowledge of industry-specific sales practices and market trends.
