Your Role & Impact
In this full-time autonomous role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our QLD retailer network, ensuring BikeSportz remains the go-to supplier for premium cycling products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and expand a high-value territory with an existing customer base.
Strengthen relationships with leading retailers, becoming their trusted partner.
Educate and inspire retailers with cutting-edge cycling products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with strategic planning and proactive engagement.
Scout new opportunities to expand our brand presence in QLD.
Lead market intelligence efforts by tracking trends and competitor activity.
Who You Are
A cycling enthusiast with deep industry knowledge (retail or wholesale).A proven B2B sales professional with experience in account management.A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.A strategic thinker who enjoys solving challenges and driving growth.Self-motivated and capable of managing a large, high-potential territory.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.

The Details
Location: Queensland-based, remote role with frequent customer visits.Includes: Company vehicle, phone, laptop/tablet, and product samples.Compensation: Base salary + commission + bonuses + Superannuation.
