As the Mountain Bike Department workshop mechanic, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbo’s wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.

If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
Assist with the daily operations of the Thredbo MTB Mechanical workshop
Service and maintain our rental fleet
Handle customer repair jobs
Assist the workshop manager with maintaining workshop stock levels
Assist with retail sales, rental fit-out and event operations
Demonstrate a strong knowledge in the servicing & maintenance of the latest suspension, drivetrain & brake products from SRAM, Rockshox, Fox & Shimano
Bring a strong knowledge in wheel building, of the mountain bike industry, and the latest products & current trends
Provide information on Thredbo, Kosciuszko National Park and the surrounding areas
Experience and skills:
First Aid Certificate Level 1
