We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Human Resources Officer to join our head office team in Caringbah, NSW.
In this newly created role, the HR Officer will be the key point of contact for coordinating the day-to-day administration of HR & WHS initiatives, eg: assist with supporting generalist admin tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, WHS and the separation process, as well as provide cross functional support within the Shimano Oceania Holdings division when needed.
This role would suit an experienced and highly organised HR Officer who is detail orientated and comfortable working in both an office and blue-collar environment. The incumbent will have the opportunity to form key working relationships and engage in global online collaborations with our international Shimano teams.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of Certificate IV in HR management and/or Work Health and Safety. Individuals with hands-on experience in Return-to-work Coordination are encouraged to apply. Applicants with previous experience using BambooHR or Pronto will be highly regarded.
