About the role
Teros is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Electric Bicycle Mechanic/Apprentice to join our bike team to service, repair and maintain customer e-bikes to the highest standards of quality and safety. This can be a full-time or part-time role where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair across our range of e-bikes and cargo e-bikes, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. What you'll be doing
Service and repair e-bikes and cargo e-bikes including top-tier brands Riese & Müller, Tern, Focus, Kalkhoff, Yuba and Benno.
Assist with the assembly and setup of new electric bicycle models
Provide excellent customer service, advising customers on the best solutions for their needs
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and service work
Stay up-to-date with the latest electric bicycle technology and industry developments
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an electric bicycle mechanic or a willingness to undertake an apprenticeship program
Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical issues
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A keen interest in the electric bicycle industry and a passion for sustainability
