eCommerce Coordinator

We have a rare and unique opportunity for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our passionate, friendly and dedicated team.

Reporting through to the eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of PSI Wholesale group's B2B and B2C eCommerce projects and existing platforms. Your typical day will be varied and include duties such as:

  • Liaising with product, sales operations, and marketing teams to develop product strategy and constantly refine your knowledge of product, GTM and stock holding.

  • Liaising with internal sales, customer service and logistics teams for warranties, refunds and enquiries and process these in a timely manner.

  • Preparing content to be uploaded across all websites for product launches.

  • Optimising categorization, product attributes, descriptions, imagery across all websites.

  • Undertaking website user acceptance testing (UAT) and accurately report results to eCommerce Manager.

  • Actioning internal requests for new B2B users, setting up user profiles and other internal eCommerce support tickets.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work both autonomously and collaborate as part of a team.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, eCommerce, digital marketing or similar.

  • Minimum 2 years working with and managing Magento 2.0 eCommerce platform.

  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and basic level HTML.

  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles an advantage.

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

  • High level attention to detail is essential.

  • Well-developed communication skills
