While we have close to 80 staff located across Australia, Asia, United States and Europe. This role is based in our Frenchs Forest, Sydney headquarters. Our team here works from Monday to Friday so that we can ride bikes on the weekend!
What Will You Do?
The Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable for driving the digital acquisition strategy, tactics, planning and execution for our Australian and North American businesses.
The Digital Marketing Manager will use current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution on time, within budget and with the customer at the centre of all processes and decisions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Creating and managing customer acquisition and lead generation strategies within a variety of digital marketing channels, including paid and organic acquisition, affiliates, socials, marketplaces and more
Establishing marketing goals and KPIs based on past performance and market analysis, forecast, trends and competitors
Financial planning and budgeting for the Digital Marketing function, driving maximum return on investment.
Providing timely and accurate reporting on key digital marketing and sales metrics with detailed analysis and tangible insights, creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations for monthly meetings
Managing a small team of marketing support staff attending to recruitment, onboarding and training of the marketing team as it expands
Managing relationships and outcomes with third-party creative, affiliate, SEO and SEM agencies.
Partnering with the Website Management and Product Team’s to successfully execute on marketing campaigns
Developing procedures for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Digital Marketing function
Deploying successful marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
Testing new marketing opportunities and promotions, adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback
Approving and overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
Other relevant duties as required

What You’ll Have
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within digital marketing or related field, preferably in acquisition marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Creative, can think outside the box, strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
Demonstrated ability to create and implement a global brand strategy and build an e-Commerce brand
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of website and digital marketing tools to analyse SEO, SEM and Social performance
Strong understanding of executing multi-channel campaigns
Strong copywriting and proofing skills with a keen eye for detail
Understanding of working within an enterprise environment
Strong interpersonal skills, people management and time management
A passion for cycling is preferred but not required
