Customer support - Melbourne


We are a leading Australian owned and operated wholesale business, distributing global leading brands within the bicycle industry. We are seeking a talented multitasker to join our team as our customer service and sales support specialist. This is a highly demanding role which requires a dedicated individual who can multi task deadlines whilst providing exceptional customer service for all our inbound customer queries.

This role is a crucial first contact customer service experience that forms as a formal communication conduit between our operations and sales teams. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make their mark in delivering success and in tern will have access to other sales roles opportunities across the business in the future.

Ideally you will have experience within the bicycle industry and or knowledge of cycling brands and products, however it's not essential as a comprehensive induction training program will be available along with a detailed overview of all the brands and products we sell.
