Customer Service - Brisbane

We're looking for a driven, sales-focused applicant to join our expanding Customer Service Team, due to the exciting growth we've recently been experiencing. This is a full time position, working 5 days a week from our conveniently located office in Bowen Hills.

Our shop teams are filled with driven consultants on the sales floor and skilled mechanics in the workshop who are assisted by our passionate support office team. Our main support office is based in Brisbane, with some local on the ground support team members spread throughout the states.

 

About the Role

You will be a Customer Service Representative, working in our Bowen Hills support office. The Customer Service Team plays a crucial role for 99 Bikes - supporting our stores, and providing great interactions with our customers across both Australia & New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to have an impact across the entire business. The right person for this role will be motivated to convert sales through inbound phone calls, live chat, and emails from our customers.

Responsibilities

 The role includes but is not limited to: 

  • Converting sales opportunities, recommending products to customers, and responding to various customer enquiries via phone, live chat & email. 

  • Supporting 99 Bikes stores with phone/email support regarding website orders. 

  • Working across multiple web-based software systems.

  • Learning new systems & helping to troubleshoot customer issues as they arise.

Skills & Experience

  • Sales opportunity-driven mindset, keen to share, learn and collaborate with the Customer Service Team on strategies for maximising sales conversion 

  • Experience working in a customer service role

  • Confident & professional phone manner

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to problem solve and strong attention to detail
