Position Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager of Fox Australia and with accountability to the International Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will implement and execute sales and marketing strategies/plans for Fox Australia. The role will work to enhance the public image and perception of company brands within the Australian market.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of brands that target the high-end MTB market.
Provide support to Australia leadership, corporate Sales and Marketing teams to develop, implement and manage new business, marketing, pricing, and sales strategies for assigned markets.
Adapt and execute the marketing strategies developed by the International Marketing Manager to suit the Australian market.
Conduct detailed market research to identify local trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local media, influencers, and marketing partners.
Collaborate with local sales teams to create marketing initiatives that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Organize and participate in local events and trade shows to boost brand visibility and networking.
Manage the marketing budget for the Australian region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Produce regular reports on marketing campaign performance and market insights for the International Marketing Manager.
Partner and influence with the best MTB brands and stores in the Australian market, connecting with key target consumer groups through events and reach-out programs.
Partner closely with customers to help select the right mix of product offerings, further analyze sales trends and forecast, and provide support to appropriate sell-through strategies.
Create dealer presentations and ensure all B2B materials and assets are up to date and accurate
Responsible for product introductions to all current customers
Contribute to demand planning, sales forecasting and inventory management; ensure initiatives are in place for sell-through
Drive the innovation agenda for assigned portfolio of brands looking at other brands and industries to apply best fit practices that will benefit the company through increased efficiency and higher turnover.
Review and implement processes, procedures and systems to improve overall operating efficiencies
Engage, motivate, and provide training to sales and customer service teams
