Pedal Group, the parent company of 99 Bikes and Advance Traders, are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and highly self-motivated Brand Manager to join our Brisbane Support Office team. This isn’t just any Brand Manager role however - This is the Cube & Pedal Bikes Brand Manager position, responsible for growing the Cube & Pedal Bike brands within 99 Bikes and the Australian market. It’s also a leadership role, with the responsibility of our Pedal Bikes Product Developer. This full-time role will suit an ambitious individual who has a real passion for bicycles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to, include;
Source, Present and Maintain a product range that assists in the growth and achievement of our brand sales, margin and share targets. This will include;
Gathering feedback from customers and front line staff
Meeting with 99 Bikes Category Managers to understand range opportunities
Working with our brand suppliers on the availability of range from our preferred assembly factories
Costing the product for market
Develop & execute on an end to end Brand Growth Plan working alongside our Category Team as well as Brand Marketing Team. This will include areas of;
Growing brand awareness leveraging the Brand’s positioning and strengths in market
Product, pricing and sourcing strategy
Front line education & training
Supply chain optimisation
Negotiating Supply Terms with Cube and Pedal assembly factories
Regular wholesale pricing review to ensure margin and sales maximisation.
Leadership of the Pedal Bikes Product Developer in order to bring to market high quality & commercial product.
Product Image and Data sourcing for Logistics, Marketing, Category and Online teams.
Review all commercial invoicing & shipping documents for payment approval to ensure pricing is inline with agreed sales order confirmations.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
A proven track record of high achievements
An understanding and passion for bicycles
Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Can demonstrate commercial acumen - required for cost analysis and price setting
Ambitious – wants to drive this role forward and scale it up.
High level of skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
REMUNERATION
$90K-$130K+ Super (Based on experience & demonstrable ability against the Key Selection Criteria)
