We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full time role where you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, social media or in person with the goal to create 100% customer satisfaction
Follow up previous sales to ensure customers are pleased with service/goods and to foster the relationship
Liaising with Senior Management to analyse financial, team and marketing KPI’s to constantly develop the business model and to communicate wins and challenges as the store grows
