Bike sales - Melbourne


We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to work across our three bicycle retail stores - Giant Melbourne, Lygon Street, and Essendon. This is an amazing opportunity in brand new renovated stores which have a great history with the local community. We are continuing to grow our store network and we require a proactive and skilled Sales Representative.

About the role and responsibilities:

  • Work to deliver on all performance objectives whilst creating a positive and growing store culture.

  • You will be critical to the strategy of the business to drive innovation in industry leading customer experience.

  • Strong skills in customer experience culture including after sales support.

  • Ensure customer excellence standards by implementing our customer experience roadmap, supporting a culture shift within our teams.

  • Assist with Visual Merchandising, Stock Control and Retail Operations.

  • Some mechanical work.

About you:

  • You will have a minimum of 1 years as an experienced Sales Representative.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a workshop environment is desirable.

  • Proven sales record and experience working to meet KPI's is essential.

  • You have a passion for bicycles, the industry and people.

  • You’re all about delivering great customer experiences.

  • You have strong knowledge and are passionate about the bicycle industry.

  • You have a positive attitude, are reliable and thrive in a high paced environment centered around well-being.

  • Have a willingness to learn, work as a team and lead a team.

  • Highly organized, strong time management skills and proactive.

  • You’re a clear communicator, dedicated, driven and motivated.
