Ride Bellerive is looking for its next retail team member.
We are a family-owned and operated business on the sunny Eastern Shore in Bellerive, Tasmania. We pride ourselves on getting the best results for our customers, riders of all abilities, from the casual commuter to the elite performer. We are more than just a store; we are a riding community.
To join our community, you must demonstrate your passion for all things bikes, as we are serious about our shop motto, “Ride bikes, have fun, feel good”. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you have to be a people person to the core with excellent communication skills who can develop positive relationships with our customers. You must impress us with your pride and presentation and get up and go. We seek someone who gets retail, with an eye for store presentation and merchandising, including product placement and re-stocking. Problem-solving and confidently navigating tricky situations, including customer complaints, is also imperative. It's modern retail, so social media and e-commerce skills, while not essential, are desirable. Things can get pretty hectic, so keeping calm under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced team environment is vital, as is a sense of fun, as we believe that life’s too short to be too serious. We have openings for casual and part-time work or full-time for the right person. You must be available to work weekdays between (9 am and 3.30 pm) and Saturdays (9 am - 2:30 pm).
