Qualifications & experience
Previous Customer Service and Sales Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role including wheel building, brake bleeding and basic suspension and tuning. Cert II or III in Bicycle Technology preferable.
Basic computer and social media skills
Drivers Licence essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Service all makes and models of bicycles and bike building
Sales with a strong customer focus
Work Unsupervised
Servicing Bicycle Suspensions would be an advantage
Organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
A positive can do attitude and a strong work ethic
Technical assistance and advice to customers
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Willing to work some Saturdays
