Use your natural aptitude for problem solving, fixing things and using tools to keep Lime's e-Bikes rolling around Sydney!
Your role as an Lime Mechanic is part of a supportive team to ensure that all Lime e-Bikes are at an operational and safety standard, ready for deployment, for the public to use for transportation. Whilst experience with micromobility or bicycles will be viewed favourably, you will be provided with detailed training and instruction on the repair of the model of bikes used at Lime. Most of the work is mechanical in nature, and there is a small amount of computer and software update work. You will be required to work in-field as well as in-warehouse.

Day-to-day tasks:
Ensure Lime vehicle safety and compliance
Carry out mechanical duties both in-field and in-warehouse.
Perform various repairs - starting from basic maintenance and working your way up to complex electronic part replacement
Complete assigned tasks to maximise the number of vehicles that can keep rolling around Sydney
Actively problem-solve and identify issues for continuous improvement
What you will bring to the role:
Prior experience with e-Bike or Bicycle servicing and maintenance preferred, but training is provided!
Demonstrated ability to use standard hand and power tools to solve problems
Intermediate computer skills (inventory management software, documents, web browser, emails etc.)
Comfortable with using smartphones/apps - text messaging
Working hours and pay rates:
Casual position
Monday - Friday (5-day availability)
8:00AM to 4:00PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
$31.23 per hour - as per the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award 2020 [MA000089] Level 3.
