Independent bicycle retailer. Established 30 years +
$85 - $90k Negotiable salary based on level of experience and skill set. Plus negotiable bonus structure based on realistic targets achieved.
Key requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5-8 years experience in a professional bicycle workshop or retail bicycle store with genuine skill, knowledge and experience working on high end bicycles from the major brands andexpert technical knowledge working with product from major component manufacturers such as Shimano, SRAM, Fox and Rockshox.
Determination to achieve the highest level of •customer service•safety•organisation •quality of workmanship •growth of the business
Process driven and excited about improving efficiency and measuring the performance of the business.
This is a solid long term business. Would suit a senior mechanic or work shop manager with leadership skills that is looking to make a career move , and is considering their own business in the future.
Owner has over 30 years experience in the business, working full time in the store, offering a complete support network, including ongoing business and technical training opportunities, expert financial management (CA level) and a substantial marketing budget to drive growth.
The business was recently awarded Australian dealer of the year by a major bike brand.
