We are Giant Gold Coast, one of Australia's largest independent dealers of world-renowned Giant bicycles and cycling gear – and we are looking to expand our team!
We seek a Bicycle Mechanic who is passionate about Bikes and strives to ensure the customer is always happy.
This is a Mechanics role with the emphasis on providing great customer service to our Road, MTB, Triathlon, Commuter and family markets whilst also providing a high level of support to our valued corporate partners.
The role involves:
Providing accurate product and servicing advice whilst facilitating the customers expectations in regard to our large range of Giant Bicycles and Big brand associated products
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Working on the Sales and servicing of the expansive range of Giant bikes, both of the Shelf and custom builds
Working with clients in-store and over the phone
Accessing an abundance of product and supplier knowledge allowing you to become an industry expert
Being part of an engaging, personable team who share a love for all things cycling
Being a part of one of Australia's fastest growing IBD retailers and well-respected Bicycle Stores
We want you if you:
Minimum two years experience in a Mechanical workshop position/role in the bicycle industry
Ability to assemble Factory delivered and ground up custom bike builds
Sales Experience preferred
Are an excellent team player
Are customer focused & love to go the extra mile
Are self-motivated & results-driven
Are highly organised, pay attention to detail, & computer savvy
Are willing to work with, and help grow, a young enthusiastic team
Can work some weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday)
