Flemington Cycles is seeking an experienced passionate cycling enthusiast to join our team as a Bicycle Mechanic and sales consultant.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently performing quality bicycle repairs, general maintenance and servicing.
As well as being handy on the tools with a passion for all things cycling and bikes you will have strong sales skills delivered through a strong customer service focus.
Ideally you have experience in the cycling or retail industries, eager and enthusiastic about bikes and retail.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
Experience with all facets of servicing, building and repairing bicycles.
Take pride in your work area and maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness.
Retail and customer service experience.
Sales experience.
Have an eye for detail.
Be passionate about our customer's experience.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Be organised with the ability to efficiently time manage and prioritise tasks.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Passionate to work as part of a small high performing team.
Exceptional passion for all things bikes.
We are offering a competitive salary with the ability to flex working hours to fit in those extra rides. We are open to discussing Casual or Part time hours as part of your application.
