The mechanics' position will be based out of our Melbourne brand store, where you will join a diverse team of sales staff and mechanics who all share a passion for riding! Key Responsibilities
Execute routine services and repairs on our Lekker conventional and electric bikes.
Meticulously assemble e-bikes and traditional bicycles according to LEKKER's exacting standards and safety protocols.
Diagnose and adeptly troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues specific to e-bikes.
Perform comprehensive inspections to identify and rectify any worn or damaged components.
Maintain meticulous records of services, repairs, and parts used to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Maintain the workshop in impeccable condition, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
Our Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Bike Mechanic, coupled with a deep understanding of bicycle components and maintenance.
Familiarity with e-bike systems and components is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in utilizing bike repair tools and equipment.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with an unwavering focus on detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
