The Role/Key Responsibilities
Servicing bikes to an exceptionally high standard
Carry out repairs across various models of bikes
New bike builds - from basic to high end performance bikes
Full frame rebuilds and assembly
Diagnose and confidently work on a range of Giant E-Bikes
Retail sales for bikes, parts and accessories
Work cohesively with the entire team
Work autonomously, and productively in the workshop
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
Assist with networking and building local connections
To be successful:
Must have mechanical experience in the Bicycle Industry
Ability to identify and complete repairs efficiently
Perform multi level services thoroughly
Up to date knowledge on the functions and operations of E-Bikes
Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
Be highly organized and show a high attention to detail
Bring your ‘Can do’ attitude and a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
POS and general computer skills
