Bike mechanic - Lake Macquarie

The role!

We are looking for people to support a key project to refurbish our e-bikes!

This will be a 1 - 2 month gig where you will receive industry leading training from our Fleet Technicians.

We are offering full time hours 9 - 5pm however are open to part time (min of 3 days per week).

Your first week will involve

  • Comprehensive training to repair our fleet from our experience team

  • Getting you familiar with the warehouse and our operations

What your days will involve

  • Diagnosing vehicle issues and carry out repairs

  • Ensure we maintain a safe workplace by are WHS compliant in our practices and processes

  • Work collaboratively in a team of skilled e-bike fleet technicians

  • Maintain a clean warehouse - this helps us run a tight ship!

Skill and Experience we are looking for

  • Previous experience using power tools

  • Previous mechanical experience (e-bikes or scooters is a plus!)

  • You’re smartphone savvy - you’ll frequently use our Beam app.

  • Able to communicate effectively with our team and keep them up to date on work in progress

  • Bring high standards and excellent attention to detail

  • Motivated, energetic and physically fit - our bikes are heavy so you’ll need to be comfortable lifting and moving 25kg+ e-vehicles
