About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bicycle mechanic to join our team full-time, working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and assemble high-performance bicycles, including road, mountain, and electric bikes

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding bookings, inquiries, job status, costs, and quotes via phone, email, or in-person

  • Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently

  • Continuously improve workshop efficiency and processes, collaborating with other technicians to optimize workflow

  • Assist the workshop manager in managing inventory and stock levels

  • Perform warranty work on all types of bicycles

  • Manage service bookings via phone, email, or walk-in appointments as required

What You Need to Join:

  • Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic, preferably in a high-end workshop

  • Strong understanding of bike technology and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

  • Exceptional quality and attention to detail, with a keen eye for precision in builds and repairs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

  • Ability to work independently, taking direction from the workshop manager as needed

  • High level of organization, with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to workflow

  • Availability to work weekends

  • Passion for cycling is a must
