Pedalheads Cycles has an opening for an experienced Bike Mechanic to join our team at Albion and or Brendale. If you have a passion for bikes and a broad technical background and love providing excellent service to our riders - then come join us.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You enjoy meeting and making a connection with other riders and helping to repair their bikes
You love all things technical about bikes
You can service, repair, diagnose and install updates to e-bikes
You assist with bike sales with technical consulting, and any other sales floor duties as needed
A clean workshop is important to you and you enjoy learning about new technology and products
You enjoy using computer systems or are happy to learn.

SOME THINGS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
You have 3+ years’ experience as a Bicycle Mechanic
You are a self starter and thrive on meeting deadlines and you like working in a fast paced environment
You are able to work to a roster which might includes Saturday’s
You love to interact with riders
You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
You are able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills (but we do have proper workshop lifts)
