Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform bicycle repairs, maintenance, and tune-ups with precision and expertise
Assist customers in finding the perfect bike and accessories to match their needs
Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and biking expertise
Contribute to the overall success of our cycling community through active involvement
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic and/or salesperson preferred
Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of bicycles and their components
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn
