Role Overview:
As an B2B Sales Manager for VIC & TAS, you will play a pivotal role in driving LEON CYCLE’s growth in the region. This dynamic position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including developing new B2B opportunities, nurturing existing B2B relationships, contributing to marketing strategies, and contributing to operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and capitalize on new B2B business opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate forecast data is collected from B2B clients to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to shape marketing efforts.
Regularly communicate with senior management, providing updates on area performance and challenges.
Liaise with different departments (e.g., Customer Service, Warehousing, marketing) to ensure cohesive operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales and Business Development Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, demonstrating success in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding business opportunities in the bicycle industry.
Educational Background and Industry Knowledge: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Advanced Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding business in a B2B environment, with a keen focus on developing new sales opportunities and strategies.
Strategic Business Planning: Expertise in formulating and executing comprehensive sales plans that align with the overall business objectives, including market analysis and segmentation strategies.
Client Relationship Mastery: Exceptional ability in building, maintaining, and enhancing long-lasting relationships with business clients, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling their unique requirements.
