The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an entry level role within our Additive Manufacturing Team where you will be trained and mentored by our experienced staff.
The Role: Additive Manufacturing Technician - Full Time [Friday to Tuesday Shifts]
You will be asked to perform tasks including, but not limited to:
- Operation of Laser Powder Bed Fusion Systems (3D Printers)
- Powder Sieving
- Part Cut-off and Build Plate Refurbishment
- Support Material Removal
- Machine Maintenance and Servicing
- Quality Control Inspections & Testing
- Wearing Supplied PPE
- Workshop Cleaning and Sorting activities (3S)
Certification:
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or associated field is highly regarded.
Experience:
We are open to levels of experience ranging from trainees to experienced machine operators. You must be good at working with your hands and know how to manage hand and power tools safely and proficiently. Attention to detail and a fastidious mindset for cleanliness, time-management and continuous improvement is a must. Would suit applicants with experience in CNC machining or fabrication. Experience in fitting, turning, casting, injection moulding, metal finishing, automation, automotive mechanics, electrical and Toyota Production System (TPS) also considered.

Salary:
$55,000~$65,000 p.a. + superannuation.
$27.83~$32.89 p.h. + superannuation.
Depending on experience and capability.
